Orders are usually dispatched within one business day. We offer Free Australia-wide shipping on all orders $150. You need to select the option “Free Shipping” before paying! All other orders ship for a flat-rate of $8.95. We are currently only operating in Australia and are not shipping overseas.
We use Australia Post for delivery. The package can be tracked and delivery occurs within five business days.

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
If you do not receive a tracking link please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
Our products come with a one month warranty, during which period we will replace a defective product free of charge. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse, loss, or unintended use.
Please contact us with a description of the problem, a photo and your contact details. We will then follow up with further instructions or send a replacement.
